But regarding after sales service I am not satisfied at all this time
On 18 dec 24 I have purchased a 10 lt pentacle geyser, with in few hours a technician install it after supply some products by him like water cleaner to cleanout the iron from water and increase the geyser tank's life span with 2years warranty of that product (verbally not given any bill and guarantee card) said forgotten the papers given to me on my WhatsApp but after several reminders not given ,
After some hours some water drops were start tob comeout from geyser from where water is entering in the geyser tank after 2 days watching I lodge a complain through coustomer service centre replied me that a senior engineer will solve it immediately very next day I have received a call from an engineer and told me not to worry it is a very minor problem and I am comming to solve it but not came in the evening I contact him that next day is Sunday if possible he will come but not
Again I contact to service centre and told me that my problem not solved the centre replied me that on urgent basis it will be solved
Next day I have received a call from an engineer that it is very negligible issue not to worry I told him that water is dropping inside of the the wall and it will damaged the wall he told me that, I will come today but that time I was going to visit a doctor with my wife was suffering from breathing problem due to old age I request him please visit next day pl said ok but never that lucky day has come
I am a senior person and suffering from acute knee problems even than I try my lable best to stop the drop by my own efforts
I have never expect such type of service from bajaj and service centre also not try to know that the issue has been solved or not I am very old customer of bajaj and connected with many ways
