Terms and Conditions

  • The selection of the Franchisee should be from outside the industry (preferably).
  • The Bajaj World showroom should have a minimum of 600 sq ft. (carpet area) to showcase the full range of Bajaj products. The showroom will be owned and operated by the Franchisee.
  • The Franchisee should display and sell exclusively Brand Bajaj products and no other brand in this showroom.
  • Bajaj shall share 50% of the cost (one time) for decorating the interior of the showroom. The civil work for the showroom is the responsibility of the Franchisee (Eg. floor, roof, front door, computer and networking).
  • The products should be strictly sold to retail customers and not via wholesale or distribution.
  • The Franchisee should maintain MOP of Bajaj products in the showroom as decided by Bajaj.
  • The Franchisee is supposed to share all the reports and MIS pertaining to daily sales, stocks and margins.
  • The billing of the products to the Franchisee will be done directly or through the distributor.
  • The Franchisee will treat this showroom as his business and hence any costs incurred to promote sales shall be borne by him/her.
  • The Franchisee shall maintain the showroom as per the agreed standards.
  • The contract needs to be signed for a minimum of 3 years and can be extended or terminated after this period on mutual understanding.
  • In case the Franchisee does not meet the expectations of the company regarding sales targets and operations guidelines, the company reserves the right to terminate the contract on 3 months notice at any point of time.
  • In case of termination of the contract, the company shall lift back all the packed material in good condition from the Franchisee at the price billed to him.
  • The Franchisee shall not share any confidential information regarding the business to any competition or any other persons.
