The Career Site

You may apply to jobs that match your profile or submit your profile in our database so recruiters may refer to it when opportunities arise.

The site provides details on current openings and updates on news within BEL. Recruitment events that we conduct or participate in are announced on the career site and you may apply directly at the event or through the career site.


Employee Referrals

We believe that BELites are the best recruiters themselves and know how to be selective about the candidates we hire. Hence, we encourage BELites to bring in friends and acquaintances with whom they have interacted personally.


Job Portals

Our recruiters use all channels of sourcing mentioned in this page including job portals/job boards to find the right talent. A matching candidate found on the job portal/job board is contacted by the recruiters themselves and taken ahead through the recruitment process. We work with specific job portals and communicate only through the BEL email ID. We do not post jobs in blogs or other free/open sites.


Campus/Fresher Recruitment

In India we hire Engineering Graduates/Post-Graduates for technical positions and Science Graduates. We also hire Diploma Graduates for special projects. Our interview process and trainings offered thereafter are crafted specifically to suit the best. Please check with your college placement officer on BEL's visit for the placement talk.


Staffing Partner

We have utilized the services of Staffing Partners over the past few years for sourcing talent. We work only with registered and empanelled partners and do not entertain unsolicited profiles sent by agencies/firms. We use separate groups of staffing partners for Permanent and Contract hiring.

Please note that BEL does not charge any fee at any stage of the recruitment process. BEL has not authorized any agency/partner to collect fee for recruitment. You are welcome to apply through an empanelled staffing partner or through any of the other channels mentioned here. You can be assured of equal opportunity, regardless of the channel you choose.

Some of our requirements are announced using advertisements and web banners in leading publications and portals. While we publicize our requirements, we also ensure that we give candidates a peek into the Spirit of BEL by showcasing some of our activities. Interviews & Selection Process

The recruitment process is common to all potential BELites. Once your profile has been received through any of the above mentioned sources/channels and shortlisted by our recruiters, you will be called for the interview process followed by selection. You are required to attend technical/functional interviews as well as final discussions with the recruitment team of BEL.

As part of the joining process you are required to submit various documents and be part of a background verification process. Document submission and background verification are conducted at different stages according to the recruitment process of a particular location. A successful selection process will result in an offer being made. On your acceptance and joining, you will commence your professional journey at BEL with our induction program.
